“The market was polarized. Global brands too expensive, local traders with no service. Nobody was engineering the solution.”

CashPrime was founded on a simple but powerful observation: Egypt's cash infrastructure was broken at the middle layer.
Global legacy brands offered world-class hardware at extreme capital costs — with bureaucratic support that couldn't survive Egypt's operational reality: dirty notes, harsh heat, dust, and the relentless volume of a 100-million-person cash-dominant economy.
Local competitors were generalists selling cameras and alarms alongside cash counters, with no engineering depth and no after-sales commitment.
The gap was real. The opportunity was clear.
We assembled a team of engineers, not traders. We partnered with global manufacturers who needed a serious local engineering partner. And we built CashPrime around one principle:
“If the machine can survive Egypt, it can survive anywhere.”
Today, CashPrime serves banks, CIT companies, retailers, and government institutions across Egypt, UAE, and Saudi Arabia — with a 2-hour resolution promise, a zero-churn philosophy, and an Egyptian R&D engine that feeds field data back into global product innovation.
