JL305 production fit
JL305 is a multi-pocket production family offered in 4+2, 6+2, 8+2 and 10+2 configurations. A 1,000-note hopper and automatic push-out handling support longer runs, while each installation needs a deliberate output map and site layout.
Acceptance checkpoint
Approve the exact 4+2, 6+2, 8+2 or 10+2 model with a pocket map, layout drawing and measured acceptance batch.
Configuration decision
Map denominations, fitness grades, orientations, ATM preparation and rejects to the required pockets. An unused stacker adds cost and footprint without removing work.
Production test
Measure hopper replenishment, automatic push-out, full-pocket recovery, exception handling and downstream bundle preparation with the quoted configuration.
Choose JL303 when
Use the smaller 2+1-pocket JL303 when additional live destinations do not eliminate a repeat pass or justify the larger production footprint.
