CashPrime Operations Advisor/Product fit check
Five operating signals separate the visible symptom from the real requirement. The result may confirm this product, connect it to another layer, or tell you not to buy yet.
Product fit check
We will test whether this product addresses the root requirement or only the visible symptom.
We score the operating need, not the product page.
A result can confirm, qualify, or reject the current route.
Hardware, controls, data, service, and workflow stay connected.
Continue the equipment journey
Compare fit, test capacity assumptions, then bring the shortlist into a deployment conversation.

From loose collected notes to a prepared sorter feed.
The BCO-100 prepares loose notes after controlled bag opening at the cash centre. An input conveyor, vibration and alignment process, and four output trays help stage notes for a separate banknote sorter. It does not replace denomination counting, counterfeit authentication, fitness sorting or financial reconciliation.
Keep deposit references and bag identities intact. Open and reconcile custody under your dual-control procedure before loading the organizer.
The conveyor feeds the alignment mechanism and four trays stage prepared notes. Plan operator access and workbench layout around the actual material flow.
Send prepared notes to a suitable sorter such as BNE-S110 or BNE-S210. Authentication, denomination totals and any fitness or serial-number records belong to the configured sorter and software.
Current manufacturer literature rates 40–50K notes/hour; an older supplied presentation states 20–30K. Confirm the supplied revision and measure sustained output with your note condition and staffing.
Purchase decision intelligence
Specifications prove capability. A sound decision must also prove workload, control and integration fit.
CashPrime decision rule
Start with operating evidence, not a model name.
Workload fit
Size against peak-hour volume, batch shape and available operating time, not the daily average alone.
Evidence on this page
Control fit
Confirm which risk, accuracy or accountability gap the machine must remove from the current workflow.

Integration fit
Check interfaces, reporting and ownership before deployment so the machine does not become an isolated endpoint.

Turn specifications into a testable decision shortlist.
Test capacity, compare alternatives, then let the Operations Advisor challenge the fit.

Engineer the solution, not just the machine
UL291 and CEN safe requirements concern the approved enclosure, grade and configuration. Request the certificate reference, protection grade, locks and anchoring for each model. Plate thickness alone is not certification; a safe approval does not cover the bag.
Verify PCI approval for the exact encrypted PIN pad and EMV approval for the selected card reader, including version and validity. These do not automatically make the site, software or every device PCI DSS compliant. Options vary by model.
CEN/XFS is a software device interface, not a safe rating. Specify the service-provider version, device functions, operating system and host tests. NDC support or an available API does not prove bank or ARKASH integration is ready without implementation and testing.
Start the integration scope with device, transaction and storage-unit identity. Then connect deposits to collection, counting, differences and bank posting. Agree offline operation, replay without duplicate posting, approval permissions and data retention. Manufacturer software is not ARKASH; the project defines what is connected and tested.
Nominal specifications follow manufacturer literature; confirm the revision and delivered configuration in your quotation. Manufacturer reference · Complete solution
