CashPrime Operations Advisor/Solution blueprint
Five operating signals test whether this solution should lead the decision, support another layer, or wait until the operating model is clear.

We will determine whether this solution should lead the decision or operate as one layer in a wider architecture.
We score the operating need, not the product page.
A result can confirm, qualify, or reject the current route.
Hardware, controls, data, service, and workflow stay connected.

Explore and save equipment, ARKASH modules, and operating touchpoints to build a live decision brief.
From the first note at the till to the last reconciliation difference. Design a connected route for deposits, change, collection and processing, then choose the devices that do each job.
Associate staff with deposits, then record bag identity and collection. At processing, prepare notes with BCO-100 before authentication and sorting; the organizer does not replace a sorter.
Compare R900 counter recycling with B100 back-office float preparation. Size demand by denomination; not every stored note is available for payout.
Choose batch acceptance, single-note validation or recycling. Then specify the enclosure, safe, software and service access; a module alone is not a complete terminal.
Link the image, MICR or document data to a transaction reference. Complete the route with a clear receipt, privacy controls and review for unresolved cases.
Current C100L and C100T cabinet formats, beyond the supplied retail brochure. Qualify installation and bank-host integration separately.

The supplied retail brochure names BK-T180P; the current SNBC page title uses BT-T180P. Confirm the exact ordering code and revision before purchase.
Details & suitabilityThe SNBC brochure presents Cash Collector and CashVision A/S/M. These are manufacturer software, not ARKASH. We define which factory components are used and what is integrated with ARKASH, the bank host or POS, with documented acceptance tests.
Test currencies, note versions and condition, coin change and Arabic receipts. Agree site readiness, operator training, spares and service response for each country; a brochure does not establish identical support in every market.
Baseline shift-close time, recounts, change shortages and discrepancies. Pilot the proposed flow with real workload, then compare results with agreed targets before rolling it out across the estate.
Engineer the solution, not just the machine
UL291 and CEN safe requirements concern the approved enclosure, grade and configuration. Request the certificate reference, protection grade, locks and anchoring for each model. Plate thickness alone is not certification; a safe approval does not cover the bag.
Verify PCI approval for the exact encrypted PIN pad and EMV approval for the selected card reader, including version and validity. These do not automatically make the site, software or every device PCI DSS compliant. Options vary by model.
CEN/XFS is a software device interface, not a safe rating. Specify the service-provider version, device functions, operating system and host tests. NDC support or an available API does not prove bank or ARKASH integration is ready without implementation and testing.
Start the integration scope with device, transaction and storage-unit identity. Then connect deposits to collection, counting, differences and bank posting. Agree offline operation, replay without duplicate posting, approval permissions and data retention. Manufacturer software is not ARKASH; the project defines what is connected and tested.
Base the quotation on certificates for the exact components and safe, not a generic list of certification logos.
